How we make jeans, denim shirts and jackets in Istanbul
Kuzgunlar Textile produces denim garments for fashion brands at its facility in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul — as private label production or to the brand's own design.
We manage every stage of an order to the customer's specifications: design and product development, pattern making, cutting, sewing, washing, quality control, ironing and packing. Each style is approved on a sample before bulk production starts, and finished garments are checked against that sample before packing.

Production stages
From brief to packed order in eight stages
Minimum order is 100–150 pieces per style, samples take 7–10 days and bulk production takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the order and approvals.
Brief and development
We review your tech pack, sketch or reference garment, quantities, size split and target date.
Pattern making
Patterns are made and graded to your size chart before any fabric is cut.
Sampling
Fabric and trims are sourced to the brief and the first sample is ready in 7–10 days.
Cutting
After you approve the sample, fabric is checked and cut for the bulk order.
Sewing
Garments are sewn on our production floor in Gaziosmanpaşa, Istanbul.
Washing and finishing
Rinse, stone and enzyme washes, laser finishing and distressing — matched to the approved wash standard.
Quality control
Measurements, seams, wash tone and labelling are checked against the approved sample.
Ironing and packing
Garments are ironed and packed with your hangtags, polybags and carton marks, ready for shipment.
Quality control
Checks at each stage of production
Quality is checked during production, not only at the end, so problems are caught while they can still be corrected. Read more about AQL inspection in denim manufacturing.
Fabric check
Fabric is checked before cutting, so colour and quality issues are caught early.
Measurements
Measurements are checked against your size chart during production.
Wash standard
Wash tone is compared with the approved standard for every batch.
Final inspection
Finished garments are inspected for seams, finish and labelling before packing.
Washing and finishing
The wash gives denim its final look
The same jeans can look raw and dark or soft and faded depending on the wash. We match each order to an approved wash standard, from clean rinse washes to stone and enzyme washes, laser finishing and hand distressing.
