Ripped jeans: in short
We produce ripped and distressed jeans for men and women in Istanbul. Rips, abrasions and repair details are placed according to your design — by hand and with laser finishing — and matched to an approved sample. Minimum order is 100–150 pieces per style, samples take 7–10 days and bulk production takes 3–5 weeks, depending on the order and approvals.

Distressing styles
Distressing is easiest to repeat when it is defined clearly: we mark the position and size of each rip on the approved sample and use it as the standard for the whole order. Heavier destruction usually suits rigid fabrics; stretch fabrics need lighter treatment so the jeans keep their shape.

Rinse and raw
Clean, dark indigo with minimal fading — for a sharp, smart-casual look.
Stone and enzyme wash
Softer hand feel and a lived-in fade; enzyme washing gives a more even, lighter result.
Laser finishing
