- Being directly related to the conclusion of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in answering your request (Art. 5/2-f).
Blog comments

- first name, email address, your comment, IP address
- Purpose
- To review your comment and publish it if approved; to prevent abuse.
- Legal basis
- Your name being made public by you in the published comment (KVKK Art. 5/2-d) and our legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 5/2-f). Your email address is not published.
Website security and technical logs
- Data processed
- IP address, browser information, the requested page address, time of the request
- Purpose
- To protect the website against abuse and attacks, detect broken links and limit excessive requests.

- Our legitimate interest in ensuring information security (KVKK Art. 5/2-f).
3. Method of collection
Your personal data is collected electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through the forms on this website and cookies. Analytics and marketing cookies are used only if you give your consent; details are in the Cookie Policy.
4. Transfer of personal data
Your personal data is transferred to the following groups of recipients to the extent necessary for the purposes above. It may also be transferred to public authorities legally entitled to request it, where required by law and within the scope requested.
Some of these recipients have their servers outside Türkiye; when the relevant service is used, your data is transferred abroad: WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) (Ireland), YouTube (Google) (United States), Google Maps (United States), YouTube (United States).

5. Retention period
Your personal data is kept for as long as the purpose of processing requires and for the retention periods set out in the applicable legislation; at the end of these periods it is deleted, destroyed or anonymised (KVKK Art. 7).
6. Your rights under Article 11 of the KVKK
By applying to the data controller, you have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed,
- request information if it has been processed,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in line with that purpose,
- know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad,
- request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate,
- request its deletion or destruction under the conditions of KVKK Article 7,
- request that third parties to whom it was transferred be notified of the correction, deletion or destruction,
- object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems,
- claim compensation for damage suffered because of unlawful processing.
7. How to apply
You can send requests about your rights through the channels below, in line with the Communiqué on the Procedures and Principles of Application to the Data Controller. Your application should include your full name, signature (for written applications), Turkish ID number (for foreign nationals: nationality and passport/ID number), address, email / phone if any, and your request.
Your application is concluded free of charge within 30 days at the latest; if the process requires an additional cost, the fee set by the Personal Data Protection Board may apply (KVKK Art. 13). If your application is rejected, the answer is insufficient or no answer is given in time, you may file a complaint with the Personal Data Protection Board (KVKK Art. 14).
